I had the worst experience here. I was going to see Monica Jhones as my OB, definitely not after this experience and her unprofessionalism. They had me undress waist down for a pap smear & then an ultrasound (confirmed via phone call while scheduling & then twice when I was taken into the room). She walks in looking clueless & asks β€œwait.. what am I supposed to be doing here?” Isn’t this something she should have known before walking into the room? She then let me know they don’t do ultrasounds there. A complete waste of time for me & big misunderstanding. The wait was also horrible. Neither her or her team were apologetic at all regarding the mix up on their end. Absolutely no bedside manners. Never again!

Very bad place. Poor customer service, no care for patients, and they make you feel unwelcome. Patients need a welcoming and friendly attitude from both the doctor and the staff.

I called on Tuesday evening regarding a miscarriage/ ectopic pregnancy as my primary advised me to do. The receptionist said my OB would call me back right away ... I didn't get a call till THE FOLLOWING MONDAY saying I needed an appt before I could get an ultrasound referral .. I had just been seen in October and got an ultrasound (unrelated to pregnancy) . I don't understand how I'd have to be seen .. there was nothing to examine SIX DAYS LATER. My primary (through Edward's) had already taken care of all the testing referrals and at that point I knew i was ok (thankfully). So if you want somewhere with urgency and care DO NOT COME HERE.

Absolutely humiliating how your visit is summarized on the patient portal. My weight was listed and next to it read "Overweight". This is completely unnecessary and embarrassing. I think most people who are overweight know that they are so it feels like a slap in the face to have that word stamped next to your weight. All they need to do is list your weight and leave it at that. While I haven't had any problems with the doctors, I had problems with the messaging system via patient portal and receptionists. I sent a message via the patient portal to get clarification on a diagnosis but did not ever hear back. I sent a second message but never heard back from that one, either. I waited a total of 4 weeks and never received a reply of any sort. I called the office to hopefully get my question answered and I was told "Oh, yes, the doctor wants you to get further testing". Why wasn't this sent to me through the messaging system? If this was a matter of speaking to the patient over the phone, why was I never called? I had to be the one to call? It's the responsibility of the office to reach out to patient's regarding matters like that. I got a colposcopy done and the nurse who was assi

I contacted to ask about a rash my daughter has had for a few days with some but little improvement. I reached out via message to avoid going in, over a rash, when usually you can look at it and get an idea of the severity, but I'm no doctor so I wanted a better opinion than my own. I was told they have no appointments soon. No care. No concern. I LOVE Dr Lim. But can't stand this office any longer. I sat for over 2-2.5 hours, multiple times especially when I was pregnant, patiently. I'm done being patient. What is the point of having a doctors office when they can't see you when you're sick? There is no point.
